These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the regulations of the DMCC free zone, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of the DMCC and the Dubai International Financial Centre shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any separate written agreement governing an engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and POET with respect to the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
